The main function room was really dated. The bar was just a serving hatch and therefore made the room look and feel more like a church hall than a function room.
We opened up the bar with the help of steel supports. As you can see from the photo, a new bar was manufactured and installed.
Bringing the bar into the hall it, immediately transformed the look and feel of the place and provided a much needed focal point.
The walls were also in need of some attention, and this meant stripping all the old plaster back to expose the original lathe, re-boarding the walls and adding a skim coat - to provide a surface for a paint finish.
With simple décor and contemporary seating fabrics and carpet, this run-down function hall has been transformed into a very modern facility.
