Our projects Lancers Brasserie
Having already undertaken the refurbishment of Voujon in Newington, Edinburgh (as seen on this website), our client invited us to carry out the complete refurbishment of Lancers Brasserie, a very busy and respected restaurant in Stockbridge, Edinburgh.
The work consisted of the complete strip out of all ground floor dining areas, bar area, private dining to basement and all toilets.
Structural work was required to allow the formation of the new layout which included the following -
- New ceiling and partitions
- Complete re-wire.
- Air conditioning and heating system.
- New amtico flooring throughout.
- Decorating work throughout.
- New bar servery with upper gantry display.
- New doors and surrounds.
- Signage and external decorating work.
- All plumbing and tiling to newly formed toilets.
